Cities with the highest median home prices across the U.S.

February 23, 2015 by Gina Thelemann in Articles

It's often said that a rising tide lifts all boats. As traditional homes replace foreclosures and short sales on the market, we are indeed seeing a lift in median home prices across most of the country.

This week, we dove into the housing market's steadying waters to find the cities with the highest median home prices in each state. We limited our search to towns and cities with more than 10,000 properties, and examined their median sales prices from February 2014 to January 2015. The below prices have been rounded to the nearest thousand.
