The “Z” word

Industry giant Zillow never really leaves the news, but this week they publicly celebrated the (pending) purchase of dotloop, a Cincinnati-based transaction management system.

Meanwhile, the shakeout from the Trulia acquisition is continuing to affect Zillow’s stock and Barclays rating, and is hoping to leverage the downturn to compete against Zillow once again.
